Will I be Without heating and hot water?
There will be a point during the boiler installation process where you have no heating or hot water but we will keep this time to a minimum wherever possible. In most cases you will have heating and hot water back on the very same day.
Will I ever be without any water?
During larger installations there may be a day where there is no heating or hot water but we will never leave you with no running water to your property.
Will i still be able to use my other gas appliances?
Yes, of course. Even if we are replacing your existing boiler with a new one we will not cut off any gas appliances unnecessarily. Your boiler replacement will not affect and gas cookers or gas fires you have in your home and all will be working and checked before we leave. You will still be able to cook and heat your house after we leave every day.
Will installing a replacement boiler cause a mess?
There are aspects of boiler installations that can be messy but we will take the up most care to ensure your house is just as clean as we found it. We will use dust sheets when working to prevent any mess from spreading throughout your house and thoroughly clean up before we leave.
Will you service my new boiler?
Yes, we will. We offer much more than just an installation service and provide servicing and maintenance for all boilers. Your new boiler must be serviced annually to keep your warranty valid. if not then you will lose all protection that your boiler manufacturer offers. After your new boiler has been installed, we will contact you when your service is due and make an appointment that suits you.
